A good reptile show isn't complete without good vendors! Here is a bit of information about vending at our show:
- Tables are 8' long and are $25 each. Each table needs to be covered. If you cannot bring your own table covering, we will have some for sale at the show.
- Location preference is given to those who have pre-paid.
- Setup begins at 8AM. Doors open to the public at 10AM, please BE READY!
- Electricity is provided but please bring your own power strips. Power may be up to 10' away so bring any additional power/drop cords you may need.
- Site provides loading and unloading area.
- Two people are given admission with each table purchased. Additional personnel will be charged admission. Name badges will be provided to all vendors. Please wear them.
- Venomous animals are NOT permitted!
- Indiana native species are not allowed. No crocodilians over 5 feet are allowed for sale. Please contact us if you are unsure.
- Animals MUST be clean, healthy, and ready for sale. We reserve the right to ask any animal to be removed. We encourage the use of care sheets and feeding records.
- This is a family-oriented event. No profanity tolerated.
- No drug or alcohol use will be allowed on the grounds. Smoking will be allowed in designated smoking areas.
- All sales are between customer and the vendor.
- Food and drinks will be available at the kitchen for reasonable prices.
- Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the event.
