Evansvile Reptile Show Vendor Information List
A good reptile show is only as good as the quality of the vendors that attend the show. The following is a list of general information about vending at our show.
-Tables are 8' long and are $40 each . Each table must be covered. If If you cannot bring your own, there will be table coverings for sale at the show
- Early set up time will be available the day before, I will let you know the times.
- Electricity is provided, but please bring your own power strip and cord because the power could be up to 10 feet away. Doors open to the public at 10 am sharp, be READY !!
- Two people are given admission with each table. Additional personnel will be charged admission. Name badges will be provided, please wear them.
- This is a family-oriented event. NO profanity tolerated. No drugs or alcohol use will be allowed on the grounds. Smoking is allowed but only in designated areas.
- The laws are NO Indiana NATIVE species can be sold. A list can be sent to you upon request. NO VENOMOUS animal can be sold. No crocodilians can be sold. Contact us if you have any questions.
-All animals must be clean, healthy, and ready for sale. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to ask any animal to be removed from any table. We strongly suggest the use of feeding charts and care sheets.
- We encourage the use of banners, displays and decorations to make the appearance of your booth look very neat and professional.
- All sales are between customer and vendor.
- Exchange and return policies MUST be provided for the customers in black and white.
- Food and drink will be available at the kitchen for resonable prices.
- Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the event.
